Merchants who are not clear about their own business routes or have no confidence in their ability to handle this business are advised to wait and learn for the time being. If the partner closes the store within one month of settling in the store, it will leave a bad record for the mall. In serious cases, the mall will permanently cancel the cooperation relationship, and the merchant's legal person credit will also leave a breach of contract stain.
2. [Visionc] Mall stores are divided into 3 levels, namely: Gold-Diamond-Crown. Set the store level according to your actual situation. The higher the level, the more products will be on the shelves, and the store's visits will also increase. (After becoming a crown merchant, when consumers search for a single core word and similar products appear, they will naturally give priority to merchants with good credit. The mall will also place hot-selling advertisements for crown merchants for free. Buyers can easily find the products in your store, and the chance of transaction will naturally increase.)
3. If the buyer places an order in the store, the merchant needs to handle it in time. If the order is not processed within 3 working days, the store weight will be reduced, which will have a certain impact on the store's credit score; if the order is not processed within 7 working days, the mall will evaluate your store's business situation and support the store to increase capital, suspend business for rectification, or make corresponding coordination after verification. 4. [Visionc] e-commerce platform recommends supporting unconditional returns and exchanges within 7 working days. But this is also decided by the merchant; if there is a quality problem and a return or exchange occurs, the postage will be borne by the mall. If it is not a quality problem, the buyer's return postage and exchange postage will be borne by the buyer. Depreciation can be handled if necessary.
5. After the customer confirms the payment, the buyer's money will flow to the mall platform. After the buyer receives the goods and confirms that there is no problem, the buyer clicks [Confirm Receipt], and the money will be transferred from the mall platform to the merchant, and the merchant can withdraw the money. Generally, after the merchant clicks the delivery button (the system status is "Merchant has shipped"), the buyer has 7 working days to confirm whether the goods have been received, and the merchant will also receive the payment and income within a week.
6. Requirements for entering the [Visionc] e-commerce platform: (1) Fill in the entry application form (2) Provide the merchant's legal person ID card, passport, front and back of the driver's license or related personal information (3) Provide a real and valid mobile phone number (4) Provide the merchant's registered email address
7. All customers who purchase products will be shipped to customers by the logistics company that cooperates with the manufacturer. During the delivery period, only products provided by our company can be used, and mixed goods cannot be used. To protect your legal rights and interests, please read the [Visionc] mall policy carefully and strictly abide by it. The final right of interpretation belongs to [Visionc] e-commerce.
